Refund and Terms & Conditions

form, both online and offline.
We always strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers related to

to our customers based on the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
Refund Eligibility Criteria

Full Refund: If the issue is not resolved within 10 days.

You will be eligible for a full refund if none of the issues are resolved within
15 days after registration.

If one or more issues are resolved and the customer still wants a refund before the
time period defined in the agreement, a partial refund will be issued
after deducting service charges for the resolved issues.
Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be provided if the cases are closed after the customer's permission.

No refund if the case gets closed within one week.

If issues are resolved and 60 days of subscription have passed, only a partial refund
will be initiated for the remaining subscription period.
